All orders are handcrafted and typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier volume and your location.
We ship via USPS and/or UPS depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so you can follow it to your door.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you have a special request, email us at ken@themusiciansnosepick.com and we'll do our best to help.
If your tracking shows your package is delayed or stuck, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before contacting us — carrier delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays. If your package appears lost (no movement for 10+ business days), contact us at ken@themusiciansnosepick.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
Every order ships in our branded gift-ready packaging — no additional wrapping needed. It arrives ready to hand over as a gift straight out of the box.
