We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
